The modernistic approach and style as adapted by the hotel is very effective and noticeable. A nice change from the usual design of other hotels which I have regularly visited. The breakfast was splendid offering a large selection of fruits, cold and hot drinks, full English, Continental. The staff was very friendly and polite and always felt welcome.

Good hotel, very central to Glasgow. Staff were excellent, air conditioning / heating not effective. We came for commonwealth games. Lots of athletes staying in hotel which was great to see, but despite higher prices because of the games, we were unable to use facilities as they were reserved for athletes. Not happy with that for price paid.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. Rooms were immaculate, breakfast tasty and well prepared, staff very attentive and helpful, Will definitely stay again when in Glascow.

Breakfast wasn’t great . Nothing left and took ages to refill . Room comfy although very overpriced due to Take That concert. Stayed in Hilton week after for 1/2 price and much nicer .

Very clean and modern room. Used as a base for a show at Kings Theatre so did not use many amenities but got a great peaceful night sleep. Air conditioning in the room was amazing given the heatwave and loves the complimentary can of water and caramel log in the room - lovely touch! Great location and the discounted parking across the road was very convenient.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is quite helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great. The breakfast was very good and complete. Although it isn't in the center, as I thought it would be, it wasn't a long walk to the main streets. I broadly recommend this hotel.

Room was lovely clean & spacious, could do with a decent mirror/light for doing makeup though. Hotel staff were lovely, chatty & attentive. Location was great, only a few minutes walk from Central Station. Only real letdown was the buffet breakfast, lack of bread, solid black pudding, no mushrooms, tinned tomatoes & the scrambled egg was not great at all, no choice to have fried eggs. Would definitely stay again, but would 100% skip the breakfast.
