complimentary Coffee at breakfast was same as packets available in rooms, but thry have a desl with sn zitalisn place next door so take advantage of that if you havent booked a breakfast

It was centrally located, friendly staff, and had a restaurant. What I didn't like is breakfast did not open on time, and though I can early, I ended up getting stuck behind a huge group of tourists because the restaurants payment device wasn't ready. I was late for my early appointment and I felt the staff could have been more helpful to get me on my way

An acceptable hotel with no special features. I found it odd that I was made to check in at the bar as they don’t have dedicated check in staff. I stayed for almost a week and only twice was the check in desk being serviced making it difficult to ask questions. The hotel is in a bit of a dead area. Room was acceptably clean.

Big hotel with plenty of rooms, well located in Glasgow. Many things, restaurants, busy streets, Glasgow Central etc. are within walking distance, just a few minutes away.
The staff is very friendly and accomodating.
Since the hotel has many rooms, it can get loud at night when other guests are coming back to their rooms. The breakfast buffet is fine and has a brought choice, though it takes some time until some empty bowls or baskets are refilled. Appart from that, it's a convenient place to stay for one or two nights.

staff was not that welcoming, it’s a bunch of people giggling in the bar or behind their counter, other than that the hotel is located in a quiet area but close to city center (6 min walk), many amenities close by, room had space, cleaned every day, hot water and pressure was very good, not noisy.
