First time in Singapore and I chose this hotel definitely a great choice! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The price is quite affordable considering the location is very close to HarbourFront Mall and the MRT, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. It’s also right next to a mosque. One thing I really like is that they allow you to store your luggage for up to 24 hours after check-out. The luggage area is self-service and easy to use. Overall, a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended 😊

The staff is very friendly, very informative, & very helpful. Breakfast is quite varied, only for us the food is a bit salty, cured by the noodle station whose staff is very friendly 🫰🏽👍. It is easily accessible by public transportation. Close to the rides in Sentosa & many delicious restaurants around it. It was very enjoyable to be able to stay 3 days 2 nights at Village Sentosa. We will repeat the next trip. Thank you

The best hotel. Perfect! There is a bidet in the toilet. Clean. Comfortable. The room is quite large. The toilet is very comfortable. The price is still okay for 5-star facilities. Near Chinatown. I spent my honeymoon here and it was really satisfying! They upgraded my room into the suite one. Everything was beautiful and thoughtful, the room (included bathroom) was very clean, the breakfast was awesome, and it's very near to the station (only 1 min away!). I really had the most pleasant stay in here and if I go back to Sentosa, I will stay again at this hotel :)

The room is the same as the photos from app. It's clean and well-designed. We can place our luggages and shopping downstairs, do some laptop work without disturbing the other person sleeping upstairs. Wi-Fi works well. They have a desktop AI machine that you can use to call receptionist, ask for amenities (bellboy will come by to give them to your room), ask for recommendations for restaurants, etc. Hot water in shower works well. Mini fridge works well. Breakfast spread is decent with various choices available. Pool and lounging area is beautiful and comfortable. MRT station takes a bit of walk (+-1 km) but near the hotel there are scenic riverside walks with a lot of restaurants. Hotel is connected to MEMO cafe on the ground floor, we got a $40 coupon through our app booking. Hotel staff are pleasant and friendly. Especially Richard who received us when checking in, he also taught us how to get to MRT station and other places when we arrived.

Was there for my birthday and Mother's Day, booked 2 rooms, all are good from check in to check out. My family and I have good memories of this place, since it was called Festive Hotel back then till now known as Hotel Ora. The check-in lady has a sweet demeanor and the staff who brought us up was friendly and professional (named Robin I believe). My family enjoyed the time there, we will be back for staycation again.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and the location was amazing. Close to MRT and all the attractions we had planned. The staff were accommodating and although we didn't require much they were happy to help. Booked through this site and they offered us an upgraded room on a higher floor, so views were nice. The room is very tiny and we weren't able to move around much, but that is common in these types of hotels in Singapore, so we knew before we got there. Hotel is very basic and has no dining options, but we were 1 stop away from Chinatown and hawker centres so we wouldn't have eaten there anyway. There are tons of restaurants on the river front all within walking distance as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget. Hotels in Singapore are quite expensive and not as good a value as some other Asian countries, so don't compare, but if you want to stay in Singapore, this is a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again next time we come.

The place is nice and comfortable. Very close to the MRT station (right in front of the hotel). If you want to go to Sentosa, it's also very close. In front of the hotel, there is also a mall if you want to find food and snacks, there is also Timbre+ Hawkers nearby if you want to find food with cheaper prices. Overall, I am very satisfied staying here for a week.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just minutes away from my destination, which saved a lot of time and effort. It’s also easily accessible, whether you're driving or using public transportation. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything I needed, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The bed was soft and cozy, the lighting was just right, and there was a proper desk for working. The bathroom was spotless, with stable hot water and complete toiletries provided. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting after a busy day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. I would definitely return if I have the chance!
