Had the best time staying here! The location is just perfect, connecting to Novena Square 2 and Vivo City, also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom, and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I'll give this hotel 9.5/10! Just got back from a Singapore trip and honestly didn’t expect much from the hotel… but it turned out soo good ✨ We were just looking for something affordable for 4 people, and ended up getting a room with 4 single beds which was super comfy btw! The room isn’t that big, but still spacious enough, clean, and really cozy after a long day out. Service was great too, the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to MRT and bus stops, so getting around was super easy. Also near malls and Mustafa Centre, so finding food or souvenirs was no struggle at all. Overall, really happy with this stay. Highly recommend if you’re going to Singapore and looking for a budget-friendly but comfy place!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has easy access to shopping areas and the MRT. When I needed porridge at 2 a.m. to take my medicine because my illness had relapsed, I called the hotel staff, and they quickly helped make it for me even though the kitchen was closed. All good overall since it’s close to the MRT and bus station. The staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out, and they also allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out so I could still explore the area. The housekeeping staff regularly cleaned the shared bathrooms as well. This was my second time staying here, and it didn’t disappoint.

As usual, staying at Mi Hotel Bencoolen was amazing. This was our second stay here, and it remains our favorite. While the main reason we initially chose this hotel was the bidet, we returned because of the fantastic overall experience. The location is top-notch and incredibly accessible. From Changi Airport, it is only one MRT transfer away, and the Bencoolen station exit is just a short walk from the hotel doors. Getting around is just as easy; it's close to the Downtown and Circle MRT lines, and only a few steps away from multiple bus stops that can take you anywhere in Singapore with ease. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and offered enough space. This time, we tried the balcony room, which had a lovely view—perfect for hanging out at night (it’s nice during the day, too, but the Singapore weather is quite hot!). A major highlight remains the bidet, which many hotels in Singapore do not provide. Lastly, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, as always; they even let us check in early. Overall, it was another great experience at Mi Hotel Bencoolen, and we won’t be looking for any other hotel for our next visit!

The hotel is very close to the MRT and Haltebus. Under the hotel there is a nice place to eat, you can try delicious fried rice and big meat, selling Indonesian people is the place near the toilet. Or you can buy chicken with a thigh that's really big, satisfied to be able to eat one and two. Not to mention in front of the hotel there is City Mall, and behind the hotel there is Mustafa Center 24 hours to buy anything. The access is good everywhere

My stay in Mori Hostel was totally satisfying and awesome. It is conveniently located near Farrer Park which is just a walking distance. The vicinity itself is dotted with temples perfect for sightseeing and walking. It is also near to Little india which is also famous with tourist spots and hawker centers. There is also free breakfast consists of toast, jams and butter as well as lots of coffee and tea all day. There is also free shampoo and body wash.
