Good location and within walking distance of everything. Room had a window onto a courtyard and therefore was a little dark, but given that we didn't spend much time in room it was okay. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and towels soft.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel on Gran Vía. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent. Conchita, who works at the front desk, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She explained absolutely everything to me with so much professionalism and warmth, and she made me feel comfortable at all times. All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, everything was clean, organized, and the overall experience was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. Truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

Conchi la recepcionista es la mejor del mundo

First of all this property doesn’t have a reception and is located inside a locked suite. You can’t enter the suite till they give you a door code. So good luck if your coming before there 9.30 - 5.30. Our flight came in early and we got there at 8 am. The door was closed and they only had an emergency number that you can only call. After calling they didn’t give us a code to store our bags or offer early check in even if we were ready to pay and same with checkout they didn’t even budge for 10-15 mins for checkout time. We ended up getting another hotel to rest. The room was stuffy, there is not heater during the rain and cold weather outside. No water refill anywhere. The balcony was the only highlight of the room. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. There are better options in Madrid for a cheaper option.

Amazing building in very good location - very clean rooms with helpful staff

Nice little hostel right on the Gran Via at walking distance from Plaza del Sol, Royal Palace (15 min walk on one side) and the Parque de El Retiro (10 minutes the other way), so very central location. We enjoyed our stay and room and premises were clean and well maintained. Only downside is the lack of daily room cleaning which they communicate with you before your stay but in our case, it was after our reservation was made. It would have been nice to have been told on the add itself. They did offer 1 free cleanup mid-stay as we were there 10 days.

Great location and very nice rooms. The hot water becomes hot enough to burn but overall the bathroom and room were great.

What a wonderful experience we had. Hotel was imcaulated. Excellent location!! Conchi, the front desk person was welcoming, kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel can take your luggage if you arrive earlier than your check-in, so that was plus. The coffee by the reception area was delicious. The way to enter the hotel and the room was through your phone, it was amazing how we could open and lock the doors using our cellphones. I highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely will stay here again once I come back to my Madre Patria. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay

Location of the property is excellent, my room was squeaky clean and overall the condition of the room was absolutely amazing. My issue has been people, as in the rooms are not soundproved and the hallway was very noisy until quite late and very early in the morning. As the property is not manned after hours guests were playing loud music in the waiting/common area, coming and going until 2am shouting from one room to another and you can hear showers, toilets etc through walls as the rooms are quite petit and back to back. So I would say, price is excellent for what you get, super clean, well located but it’s not the place to relax o rest after a long day in the city.

Clean rooms,easy key digital for entry,great ac,nice staff and you really are in Madrid heart! Everything is walking distance! Or taxis on Gran via just in front of Collectia!

Its a nice location.. helpful stuff.. clean.. thanks for a water thats is ready when i got to my room.. I guess the property owner must to have more than one clothes iron atleast 3.. but a very nice place to stay..

Ideal location, an oasis in a busy city. Spacious room, modern design, comfy bed and pillows. Clean room. Helpful and welcoming staff. Would rebook.

The apartment was very nice, safe and clean. Location was also great, my only issue was the bathroom door should have been a pocket door as it’s so compact that you had to go in, close the door so you could get to the toilet. Very small!

Si quieres un hotel real esto no es una opcion ya que no lo es es como tipo hostal, tienes q llegar a la hora de tu check in por que si llegas antes no esta abierto y no tienen una recepcion como tal. Las habitaciones pequeñas y el ban̈o igual. No te tienen el servicio de limpieza uno mismo tiene que pedir toallas o papel higienico si te hace falta. En resumen no es lo que la app dice no es hotel. El servicio es bueno pero no excelente. Lo favorable es la ubicacion estas en la zona turistica y todo esta a 5 min.

No limpian las habitaciones diariamente, un solo juego de toalla para todos esos días. No funciona el aire acondicionado
