Ótima localização, perfeito para primeira vez em Madrid

I am very disappointed with my experience at Colectia Stay Gran Vía in Madrid, located at Gran Vía, 15, 28013, Madrid. The property is advertised as a hotel, but in reality, it operates more like a hostal. This was misleading and not what I expected when making my reservation. They required full payment upfront when the reservation was done online, and there is no proper hotel lobby or standard hotel amenities. Upon arrival, we realized the accommodation is located on a shared floor with multiple other businesses, many of which clearly identify themselves as hostales, yet this property does not, despite offering a very similar setup. Had this been accurately represented, I would not have chosen to stay there. This will be my first and last time booking accommodations that are not clearly established hotels. To make matters worse, I found crawling insects on my bed, which was both alarming and unacceptable. I have pictures and videos of it. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disappointed, especially considering this was the most expensive place we stayed during our trip. Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, transparency, or value.

La ubicación inmejorable, la habitación maravillosa y la atención de lo mejor

Sin servicio de habitación, ni cambio de toallas, ni reposición de café/té en 3 días (lo avisan al reservar). Esto es decepcionante teniendo en cuenta el costo del alojamiento. Minúsculas medidas del dormitorio y baño, con buenas instalaciones. El precio solo se justifica por la excelente ubicación.

Si quieres un hotel real esto no es una opcion ya que no lo es es como tipo hostal, tienes q llegar a la hora de tu check in por que si llegas antes no esta abierto y no tienen una recepcion como tal. Las habitaciones pequeñas y el ban̈o igual. No te tienen el servicio de limpieza uno mismo tiene que pedir toallas o papel higienico si te hace falta. En resumen no es lo que la app dice no es hotel. El servicio es bueno pero no excelente. Lo favorable es la ubicacion estas en la zona turistica y todo esta a 5 min.

No limpian las habitaciones diariamente, un solo juego de toalla para todos esos días. No funciona el aire acondicionado

Quarto limpo, boa localização, staff super atenciosos.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado na Gran Via. Sistema de check-in, abertura de portas de área comum e quartos por celular, muito eficiente. Quarto bom. Único defeito é a porta do banheiro que é de correr e não fecha nas laterais. Ela fica aberta e dá pra ver quem está usando o banheiro.

Clean room and very central location. For the price point it seemed very minimal for what I was able to get. Very small room for two people but very doable

I feel completely misled by this property. The pictures and presentation make it appear to be a proper hotel, but in reality it is a hostel. When making the reservation, this is not made clear, and many guests will believe they are booking a hotel experience when they are not. What is even more frustrating is that the property requires full payment in advance, which makes you feel confident that you are paying for a quality hotel. In reality, the experience is far from what the photos and description suggest. This lack of transparency is very disappointing and feels misleading to customers. If this is a hostel, it should be clearly and honestly presented as such so guests can make an informed decision before paying.

Prático e bem localizado. Não tem recepção 24h mas não tivemos problemas quanto a isso.

Great location, a very basic hotel but being on Gran Vie makes for a great base in Madrid.

Great location. Room was nice, except for hair in the shower and the shower drain not draining. Bed was very hard. Overall though a nice spot in a very central location

They will not open the door until reception arrives at 9:30am. They did have lockers available if you were wanting to put luggage away until your room was ready. Very clean. Very comfortable. They had thick curtains. Overall, had a great stay.

Excelente localización cerca de estación de metro, muchas atracciones y lugares de comida cerca, se puede ir caminando. Me gustó mucho la seguridad del lugar, tienen una persona que verifica al ingreso después de las 11pm para verificar que está hospedado en el edificio.

Pleno centro de madrid, gran via 15, todas las tiendas, lugares para comer y transporte publico y privado a 50 metros
