Had a lovely stay there at a very good price! The staff was friendly. The room was nice with a huge balcony overlooking the unique scenery of Ha Long. Enjoyed the variety of the room service food and the decoration of the restaurant. One of the best dog-friendly accommodations out there.

Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant.

We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend.

After staying here, I don't understand what criteria this hotel uses to be called a 5-star hotel! The interior is old and dirty due to poor cleaning. The floor is sticky and smells terrible. It's terrifying, truly haunting.

Super large balcony, nice view, comfortable bed and chair. Location is a bit far from the center, but room amenities are a bit limited, no bathrobes, personal hygiene items are also limited. The swimming pool is tiny but the service and other things are ok.

I'm telling the truth, anyone in Ha Long should avoid this hotel. When I booked a 2-bed room, I didn't know that there were 5 people, the receptionist charged me 1.7 million VND. At that time, I was confused because I didn't know that a 12-year-old child would be charged extra. Then, after only 2 hours, a family member had an emergency and had to go home. I contacted the receptionist for help, but was still charged 1.7 million VND even though I hadn't even stayed the night yet :)

In your case, the room was registered and used by five guests upon check-in. Although one family member left a few hours later, the room and services were arranged accordingly. As such, the extra person charge remained applicable. Additionally, please note that our hotel does not charge by the hour.
