The hotel is very aesthetic and pretty. The staff is very friendly. The location is a little hard to find for the first time, but the staff is very helpful and come to pick up us. The hotel doesn't have lift. But overall, the room is very pretty and comfortable. I will stay here again if i come to Hanoi.

They were incredibly welcoming and quick to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their warm hospitality and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the vibrant city of Hanoi. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently provided excellent service, helpful recommendations, or just a friendly smile and conversation. Millennium Hanoi Hotel

The staff is so helpful. They have a lift, and the staff helped us bring our luggage. The room is the same as in the picture, they even upgraded our room to a family room for free. The room and bathroom are so clean. Sadly, I just spent 1 night because I will go to Sapa. Highly recommended!!
