Apartments in Yan Nawa

This apartment is very nice and clean. All furniture and facilities are maintained well. I didn't expect that this apartment has no receptionist or staff standby to help us on arrival only security. Hotel is not contactable ! It's written they closed at 6 pm and I tried to call them few days in advance to arrange my arrival due to we had evening flight. Please remind they are not contactable, no one answer my direct call only by whatsapp chat. They said I have to go to bellug counter at the airport to pick up the key and do check in there. But it was terrible ! Staff isn't friendly & they are not communicative ! We can't get our key in airport and decide to go to the hotel directly. Ya as we can expect no staff there, try to contact hotel but no answer. I don't know what security did but he gave us number agency and asked us about my reservation. Finally we got our key. Wifi is so bad. There is good wifi in lobby. Wifi in the room was bad. Sometimes it didn't work ! Room amenities are not complete. They only provide shampoo and shower gel no toothpaste and toothbrush. Hotel location is great, it's easy to find. There is cafe nearby and market. If they provide standby staff there it might be perfect !
