We had a fantastic 5 night stay complete with dinners in the restaurant, cocktails, massages, gym use, and swimming in the pool. The Phoenix is a beautiful hotel. Lovely, clean, spacious rooms. The staff are all wonderful too. I can't wait to go back!

My first two-night stay at Ambarukmo. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue, but the staff immediately resolved it. The kids' activities were really helpful, including the playground, swimming pool, and other play areas.
The hotel is located next to a mall, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but it's not that far.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This is my second time staying at this hotel since few years back, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The hotel has a very strategic location, making it an excellent base to truly enjoy Yogyakarta—whether for sightseeing, culinary trips, or cultural exploration.
The property is well maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that reflect great attention to detail. What really stands out is the five-star level of service. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making the stay feel warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out.
Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of location, comfort, and exceptional service. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Yogyakarta.

Had such a lovely stay at Mustika Resort & Spa Yogyakarta! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately made us feel relaxed. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful—perfect if you want to escape the busy city and just enjoy a calm atmosphere surrounded by greenery. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were great. One of the best surprises during our stay was getting a free room upgrade to a Lagoon Access room! It was amazing to be able to step right out of the room and into the pool. Definitely made the experience even more special. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the whole vibe of the place felt very relaxing and comfortable. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience and we truly enjoyed our stay. Big thanks to the wonderful team for the warm hospitality. Would definitely love to come back again! 💙

I've stayed at The Rich Jogja several times, and each visit has been exceptional. This time was no exception—I was extremely satisfied with the service and amenities offered. Check-in was a pleasure, as the staff were quick and efficient. I didn't have to wait long, and I was immediately taken to my room. The room was very clean, tidy, and what I especially liked was its spaciousness and roominess. Furthermore, the room was soundproof, allowing me to rest peacefully and comfortably without any disturbances. Despite having stayed here many times, the quality of their service remains remarkably high and consistent. I truly appreciate their efforts in maintaining this high standard. I will definitely return to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very suitable for children's holiday choices because it is very kids friendly, there are 2 swimming pools with a pool slide (back) and a regular one (front) with a cruise ship-style building, then there is a train toy right above the swimming pool, there are scooters, bicycles, playground & cycling around the garden is also possible. Then the breakfast menu is crazy with lots of variations, basically the breakfast menu is the best (ice cream, popcorn, takoyaki, noodles, national/expat menus, cakes, and lots of children's snacks. Very close to Gembira Loka Zoo (10 minutes). Oh yes, choose a room with a balcony view of the garden, if the weather is clear you can get a view of Mount Merapi.

This was my first stay here and I was satisfied. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is Islamic, the room is very spacious with a sofa and chairs. There is a prayer mat for prayer. The bathroom is clean, the hot water is good, the amenities are always refilled after cleaning the room, the AC is good, the menu for sahur is the same as breakfast. I think I will definitely come here again someday because there are many souvenir shops around it, there are Kurnia Sari, Juara Satoe, roti sisir and many more.

Have stayed here several times, the place is perfect for families, the area is also close to shopping centers or souvenirs. The hotel service is good, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The WiFi network is good, the welcome drink is unique. One recommendation for those who want to stay in the vicinity of Malioboro because the area is really in front of Malioboro exactly.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet for a good rest. The breakfast menu is quite varied and quite tasty. The location is strategically located next to the JCM mall and close to Yogyakarta's culinary and entertainment districts. The staff is friendly and responsive.
