About Gold Coast Premium Jetboat Ride from Surfers Paradise

Set off on this 35-kilometre journey, departing from our central Surfers Paradise location at the end of Cavill Avenue. Glide through the picturesque Surfers Paradise canals before accelerating into the expansive Broadwater for an extended ride packed with excitement. Feel the rush of high-speed turns, thrilling spins, and dynamic slides as you cruise all the way to the exclusive Sovereign Islands. Along the way, soak up panoramic views, admire incredible waterfront homes, and keep an eye out for playful dolphins and sea birds – the ultimate adventure for thrill-seekers and sightseers alike.

Guests should check-in 15 minutes before their session begins

Session time includes compulsory safety briefing & life jacket fitting (15mins) before ride departure

Late arrivals will not be permitted to ride and tickets will be forfeited (no refund or reschedule)

Passengers must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the jetboating activities. Please seek medical advice if uncertain. Any person who is pregnant, suffers from back, neck, or heart conditions, or has previous injuries are strongly advised not to ride on the jet boat

Customers must arrive for check in time 15 minutes prior to your booked session time.

Please ensure the names and contact details that are input at time of booking are correct

Availability for the ride-time selected was accurate at the time of your booking however, it may change due to circumstances out of our control

Trip commencement times may change due to safety concerns, poor weather and other matters, at our discretion

Please ask your customers to be alert for messages from our reservations team on the phone number provided as they may be contacted with updates

Cancellation Policy

Minimum of 24 hours notice required for reschedules or cancellations. If less than 24hrs notice is given, cancellation charges will apply. Ticket holders who ‘No Show’ without prior cancellation or notification are not eligible for a refund.
