Friendly staff.. wow, the ticket price is really friendly, only 55 thousand, when it first opened it was 200 🥲 but plus food.. the kids loved playing on the slide and the gondola also really enjoyed it, even though the ice was really hard (it's safe to wear gloves) and be careful when playing Thank you traveloka, toktok and snow world 🥰💙💃

It's a fun new experience for kids playing in the snow. Free gondola ride. Locker rental is 50,000 Rupiah. Food and drinks are quite expensive inside, but you're not allowed to bring them from outside. Maybe the price for printing photos could be reduced 😁. Printing photos is more expensive than the entrance ticket.

Wear special shoes (provided), jackets, and socks can be purchased there. Tires and slides can be rented starting at 30,000 Rupiah, and they only allow one person to ride per tire. It's recommended for ages 4 and up to avoid danger. Snacks like sausages and heavy meals like chicken rice are also available there. The prices are still reasonable.

Initially I bought 2 tickets, but I didn't know that a 5-month-old baby was also included. I was a bit surprised, so I was forced to buy another one. The souvenir photo section for one photo is quite expensive, around 150 thousand for one wide photo, and the file one is around 225 thousand. I just found out that there is a game ride with a photo price that expensive. The cleanliness is good because it is inside the mall.

The staff was kind and friendly. I even casually asked about the lockers and they answered clearly, jokingly, "I'm working while on vacation, haha." It was a blast, especially the two-person tube slide and the cable car, which are highly recommended.

There needs to be a first aid kit on site. My nephew fell and hit his face on the snow on the children's slide, causing his nose to bleed. The staff didn't act quickly enough, and the alcohol couldn't be used. The bottle wouldn't open, and trying to force it open with a tool other than an alcohol bottle opener ended up being unsterile. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
