Rising 300 meters above the ground, OSAKA HARUKAS ranks as Japan’s highest building, with its observatory, OSAKA HARUKAS OBSERVATORY, at the very top. The observatory occupies the 58th, 59th, and 60th floors and offers panoramic 360° views of the dynamic city of Osaka, as well as far off into the surrounding region, from the ancient capital of Kyoto to Kobe and the Rokko mountains. Relax on the deck space, take a breather in the café, or enjoy one of the many events held at the observatory depending on the time and season. We aim to be an observatory where you can fully enjoy the wonderful scenery. By making use of the characteristics of each floor, we create various surprises and healing spaces and present them to you. “Harukas 300” is the observatory of Japan’s tallest building “Abeno Harukas” with a height of 300 m, and consists of three floors: the 58th, 59th and 60th floors. On days with good weather, you can see Mt. Rokko, Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, Awaji Island, Mt. Ikoma and Kansai International Airport from Kyoto.
