Present the QR code or confirmation code at the Haruka ticket machine next to the ticket gate at Kansai Airport Station to exchange the printed train ticket
- Scan your QR code
- Select the train (you can choose trains departing in 5 minutes)
- Collect your printed train ticket and enter through the manual ticket gate
- Entry is only allowed from Kansai Airport Station
** Refunds, date changes, or train changes are not possible after exchanging the e-voucher for the printed ticket
