It's easy to find the counter in terminal 4 when you come out from the arrival in front there is a counter Changi recommends that until Vivo City want to take the monorail to the USS it is also easy.

We went to Sentosa using a combo ticket, including the EZ link MRT. Those exchanged at Changi recommend it first, and its location is plentiful. Great anyway. Easy as easy as possible, easy as easy as possible. Thank you, Traveloka

Very helpful, for exchanging ez-links bs directly at changi recommend (changi airport area) right after leaving immigration. BS also immediately top up. For monorail ticket exchange to its center at Vivo City Mall on the 3rd floor, the MRT station is harbor front. All you have to do is scan the ticket barcode in the redemption counter.
