A bit confusing at first when trying to connect the simcard. But it was actually easy when you finally get it, lol. I was confused why it wouldn't connect then realized should have allowed when it was asked about roaming. The connection speed was great too

Saya pesan SIM untuk Singapore untuk diambil di T2 ternyata tidak tersedia, sehingga harus menunggu untuk diambilkan dulu. But overall, SIM lancar terpakai dan mudah di Singapore.

Much better prepare simcard sebelum sampe di negara tujuan sihhh! Memudahkan perjalanan, karena sampe bandara tujuan gak perlu cari stand simcard lg. Apalagi penggunaannya mudah, cukup nyalain hp dan atur data roaming, sudah langsung bisa digunakan!

1. Di deskripsi bilangnya bisa di ambil di T2 CGK, ternyata H-1 dichat sama customer servicenya kalau di CGK gak tersedia barangnya, jadi harus ambil di kantor mereka di daerah Roxy atau dikirim. Mendingan dari awal aja gak usah ditulis di deskripsi kalau bisa diambil di CGK, jadinya kan PHP.
2. Ngomongin soal sinyal di SG yang roaming ke Singtel, kalian cuma dapet 500mb yang sinyal ngebutnya, setelah itu jadi turun kecepatan, dan direload jam 12 tengah malem lagi.

Paling ga suka cuma pas pengambilan aja. Saya sudah konfirm dari jauh-jauh hari ambil di T2, terus pas saya datang barangnya ga ada. Adanya yang lain dan saya harus nambah katanya, kurang preparations aja sih jadinya nunggu dan minta customersnya nambah, which is itu jadi ngerugiin kita karena bukan salah di kita.
But at the end (setelah kitanya ngotot) akhirnya kita ga usah nambah dan dikasih.
