Free WiFi is available inside the park.
Wearing a mask is optional in outdoor areas but is required in all indoor exhibits and specified areas.
For the ParkHopper Plus ticket holders: If you plan to visit all the parks in 1 day, the first ticket redemption may be at any of the parks. However, if you plan on visiting the parks on different days, then the first ticket redemption must be done at Night Safari.
Visitors are suggested to bring sunblock/sunscreen, poncho, umbrella, insect repellent, comfortable shoes, and a water bottle.
Water refill stations are available throughout the park, so visitors are advised to bring a bottle and stay hydrated.
