The ticket redemption process took a very long time... and the officer was very unhappy that we were using online tickets, he said we had to wait at least 1 hour and we were told to wait almost 2 hours... at Traveloka it was okay... but the officer commented angrily that if you go online, you can't wait 1-1 straight away. 2 hours.. very disappointed

at the time the tickets purchased didn't include the sptu rental. so we are required to rent a sptu there. the price is around 80/90 baht per person. it's a cool place and it's recommended for those who go there to prepare gloves or if you want to rent it, you can.

Buying tickets online does not include boot rental. Have to pay another 90 baht per person to rent shoes. Gloves also have to rent again. Better to bring your own gloves. It's cheaper to buy tickets online.
The place is not very big, just a few ice sculptures. But if it's for photos, it's okay, while it's already in Pattaya. Inside get a free drink, fanta. Drink it directly in the ice glass. There is artificial snow inside as well.
Overall, it's okay.
