Mōichi (not a typo, pronounced Mo-Ichi) is Hanoi’s first and best dedicated Japanese Souffle Pancake house. If you’ve never had a souffle pancake before, you’re missing out on one of the fluffiest delights that your tastebuds will ever experience. The Souffle Pancake is Japan’s take on the traditional pancake, which brings a thicker, lighter, and creamier variation to the western classic. Souffle pancakes are trending all throughout Tokyo and Mōichi is now bringing them to Vietnam.
Mōichi (sort of) means “one more” in Japanese, and we’re confident that you’ll want one more after trying our pancakes. We’ll make your order as soon as it’s received so it will still keep it’s bounce and fluff when it arrives at your door. We recommend you eat it right away, it’s definitely best when fresh.
All the souffle pancakes are freshly handmade from the best ingredients of the day. The making of the cakes is only started after receiving your order. Each order usually takes 18 minutes to complete. The orders are shipped out immediately to ensure they reach your hands hot and fluffy. Please enjoy your Mōichi pancakes right away and please do not put them in the refrigerator or microwave.
