If you're coming from Changi Airport, the easiest way is by train (MRT).

From Changi Airport MRT station, take the East-West Line (Green) towards Tuas Link.
Get off at Tanah Merah and switch to a train heading to Joo Koon.
Ride this train for a few stops and get off at City Hall.
At City Hall, transfer to the North-South Line (Red) and take a train going towards Jurong East.
After a few stops, you’ll reach Canberra MRT station.
