Ideally located, clean, comfortable

The hotel was under construction and we should have been aware of this before we booked. Water on stairs and dust in the coridor.

Great location. Hotel is currently under construction, but we experienced minimal disturbances. All staff were amazing!

We stayed in one of the 2 rooms overlooking the canal which made the entire weekend! view was amazing, central hotel. We didn't have breakfast but it is available for 16euro pp. You have to appreciate the building is old and therefore expect its quirkiness. The room did have dust around the beams and was very noisy AM as underneath the breakfast area. I would stay here again as location was perfect

We loved staying here. We had the downstairs room overlooking the water. It was wonderful.

Amazing room and service

I had a great check in experience. The clerk worked with me to get an extra night in the same room!! Appreciate the effort put into my stay being the best!

This is a well located hotel in the centre of Bruges. The check in was efficient. The room and bathroom were well looked after. We stayed on NYE. The hotel staff brought chocolates to the room along with a card signed by the staff, which was a lovely gesture. We chose not to book breakfast as we wanted the flexibility to sleep on New Years Day before checking out. Recommended.

Staff was great rooms were great and location was perfect

The room itself was nice and it was clean. However, when we arrived at 7pm for check in, we rang the bell and waited, rang the bell and waited, then we called the "late check in number", no answer. We rang the bell on the counter again and waited. Then we tried the late check in number again, and we were told the person would be there in a bit, they were in the toilet. I sign at the counter letting us know they had stepped away with an approximate return time would have reduced our stress of not knowing what to do . . . The cleaning staff were very inconsistent sometimes we had excellent upkeep and other times no supplies only towel replacement. You just never knew what to expect. Also, the cleaning supplies - a tall cart of clean towels and linens and a second tall cart of dirty linens were left right outside our room for 2 days and a third day of only the clean linens. The highlight of the stay was the excellent breakfast and friendly breakfast attendant. She was the kindest person on staff!! For the price, I was disappointed.

Hotel was in the best location, the staff were fantastic and it was clean, however the room was very dated and needs a refurb. We had a great time.

Lovely modern room. Bathroom modern , spacious and clean. Cleaning staff excellent So close to everything. Parking is in parking lot. (12 euro) a day. Not far from hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location in the heart of Bruges. Our room was on the top floor and as it was August, it was obviously very warm but there was a fan provided. The room could do with a refresh but it was fine for a one night stay.

Beautiful clean rooms and friendly staff, in the middle of old Brugge.

We selected a superior room which had high ceilings but it was basically decorated. Bar was really lovely.

Perfect location — you really can’t beat it if you want to be in the heart of Bruges! Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are simple but have all the basics you need. Great spot if you’re here to explore the city rather than stay in.

Nice hotel with view on the canal. The bathroom is outdated.
