What Guests Say About Their Stay

Staff were welcoming and personable. The room was spacious, and well-appointed --- also very open concept. The location was ideal for attending a concert at the Canada Life arena - its literally steps away. Parking was very handy across the street at the Covent Garden underground parking. The PIN locks on the main doors (afterhours) and actual hotel room doors worked well.(Its nice not to worry about a physical key) Really appreciated the "surprise" they left in the fridge. Will gladly do it all over again for the next concert we attend at Canada Life.

I was given a room on the 4th floor with an open concept bathroom. It was a spacious, high ceiling room in a great location. I liked how they had free candy and drinks in the lobby, modern interior design, and keyless entry. They also have a sign indicating what kind of items you can borrow or buy from them. Only downside I experienced were thin walls, I unfortunately had loud neighbours one night. I asked reception if anything could be done and they said they’d look into it. They didn’t end up updating me but it suddenly got quiet at one point so I assume they spoke to the guests? Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Quiet, oasis in the city. Secluded but still a closed door away from the madness of the concrete jungle

Had a very clean room. The location was convenient. Right next to a market. The parking was a bit difficult to figure out at first, but other than that, the stay was great.

Couldn’t get into our room until 40 minutes after posted check in time, but we were offered a free bottle of wine. Room big, clean snd beds good. Room 204 had no outside windows. Staff were very helpful. Because of one way streets it is difficult to navigate to parking lot which is very close by. Parking pass is a good deal but only allows one exit in 24 hours.

We had a King Loft which was very spacious. We were able to control the temperature in the room easily - I've stayed places where that was not the case. Access to the hotel entrance and to the room is digital -- they send you the code when you check in. The location is within walking distance of the Grand Theatre which is why we stayed there. Right across the street is the Covent Garden Market. It poured rain the whole weekend so the Market was handy for breakfast and then for dinner.
