We really enjoyed the property. It was a little noisy from people on the street over the weekend but not too bad

The suite was very clean, great food downstairs in the pub. Great location... walking distance to most sights. Coffee maker, toaster, in working order.

Rooms are dated but clean. Location is perfect. Staff is amazing! Have stayed here twice and will stay again the next time I’m in Victoria!

There was a loud party going on in the large suite beside ours. The hotel knew this but did not inform us. It did end before 11pm but I would not have booked if I knew. The furniture and amenities were old fashioned. It was nice having the space and having one bed upstairs and another sofa bed downstairs

Very unique property, in a great location. The room had it's own character, in addition to being clean and well maintained. The Victoria Harbour and downtown shopping area is right outside the door. I hope to visit again soon!

Everything was perfect. Love this hotel!

Hotel staff were excellent. Spacious 2 bedroom suite was clean and comfortable, the decor could use a little updating. Had that 90's vibe, but I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little spot with larger than normal rooms. Good place to stay on the edge of Chunatown

When we checked in there was no pillowcases and blankets in our room. We had to call the front desk to have them finished preparing the room. There was no water to the toilets so we had to get water from the sink using a Gatorade bottle and fill the tank to flush the toilet. The room next to us had a party almost all night and we called the staff a few times to complain about the noise and they came up once but said they didn’t hear anything. We asked to switch rooms the next morning and they said they only had a larger room and we couldn’t use the whole room. The people who had the party the night before were staying there that night as well and pretty much said they would be as loud as the night before so we insisted that we move to the bigger room. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. This room’s toilet also didn’t have water and there was a window which was stuck open. So we had no heat and the room got very cold. I finally had to locate the breaker box for the heat and turn it back on so we wouldn’t freeze. The room did not have coffee filters so we had to use paper towels so we could make coffee. As a result of the lack of heat I am sick. We won’t be back.
