Loved our stay - the pub food and atmosphere were fantastic! Great location, and our room was absolutely massive - it had 2 levels, 2 bedrooms, one bath and a kitchen!

Lovely room above the pub with a Juliet balcony. Just what we needed. The pub is open till midnight so not for early sleepers but great location walking distance from everything you could need or want in downtown Victoria. Love the vintage vibe of the room and a full kitchen if you need. Comfortable bed and lovely staff. We will stay here again.

We stayed over the Victoria day long weekend, I had my mother with me who is in a wheelchair 90% of the time and when we got to the hotel the elevator was not working. I was very disappointed that they did not let me know prior to the arrival, they did not offer to refund my payment or give me a discount due to this major inconvenience. My Mother had to painfully climb up and down the stairs for 2 days. I emailed the manager and got no response.

Fantastic room, spacious, high ceiling, kitchenette. Bathroom could use an upgrade, old tub and skinny towels.
Loved it, would return for sure.
Little dicey to learn where to park and figure that out but it’s manageable.

The rooms are quite nice and very spacious but the young lady on the front desk was surly and disinterested.
The fittings are old and cheap the iron board was rickety and worn, the iron was a cheap Sunbeam with a black
sole plate and a past stay had burnt something black i couldn't see that stained my white shirt.
The elevators have been not working since May and the stairs and staircase are steep
and narrow. I would never stay here again for the $

We stayed at Swans for four nights. The suite was the perfect size and layout for our family of two adults and two children aged 8 and 10. Staff cleaned up our room each day and worked around quite a clutter of bikes and other clothes and gear (we were visiting in part to do a Triathlon nearby). The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the restaurants and activities we were excited to visit. Thanks Swans!

Great location. Spacious room. The lift is still out of action. We were advised by telephone that we could come and check in early, however, when we arrived back at the hotel our room was not ready.

Awesome location and huge loft room. Kitchen was handy for quick meals. The decor is dated but does the trick. Street noise from the pub can be a bit noisy but that's to be expected. Would stay again!

We did love our room, such new style room and nice experience, facing inner harbor, nice staff and receptionist.
Well equipped and clean kitchen to prepare our breakfast.
Just please fix the elevator was a bit hard to commute via stair ways, too narrow!

The hotel location is super - literally 5 minute walk from the water front. The staff was friendly and attuned to our needs. the room itself was exactly as presented on the web site - it was clean and well appointed, but would benefit from a refresher. Nonetheless, I would not hesitate to go back to the Swans next time we visit Victoria.
