Excellent night at this hotel with a warm welcome from Armit on arrival. The car park is under the hotel and quite tight to get in and out of. The room was a good size and had all the amenities. The dinner menu was quite limited but the food was nice. There is a good buffet breakfast too.

Excellent stay, staff were helpful, rooms were clean, for the price good value. Breakfast was very average but again for the price, good value . Would stay there again. There is parking for £7 a day. Very small but again it’s there

The rooms are somewhat small with a capsule bathroom that I've never seen before but actually quite liked. There is no air conditioning and the air cooler in my room didn't work and no fan were provided so it was quite unbearable, the window had to remain open and unfortunately there is a lot of road noise outside so my sleep was very disrupted. There is also very limited parking available, certainly not enough for all of the rooms the hotel has but I was lucky to get a space when I arrived. It's a fairly good budget hotel if you're planning a night out but it's quite basic.

Hotel got the job done - not far from station and reception gave us a fan when it got too hot.

Its a gem in the city. Everything was great. I had no problem in getting the space for the car in the carpark although I do not know if they can cater for every room in the hotel.

We got a warm and helpful welcome on our arrival and were able to leave cases to check in later. Room clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast excellent. Hotel ideal for train stn, buses and town centre. Hope to return

Friendly staff, easy location.

Hotel staff were great and the rooms were clean

No compliment water bottle. Instead the receptionist give you a glass of water from the tap with ice.

Convenient for the Railway Station with very clean rooms. Comfortable Bed. Breakfast included but I didn't like the coffee. Table Football by the Lift was a welcome addition.

We got an accessible room although not requested, which is fine. But the bathroom had an odour and the toilet seat was much too small and unfit for the toilet that it presented a hygiene issue.

It was a reasonable place to stay. Breakfast was limited and quality of food was a bit on lower side. Bathroom was really small.

Great budget hotel, decent enough menu and good prices for a small hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Been here before and will be coming again

Clean hotel with a good location. Friendly staff. Only a couple small complaints. Handle on window was broken so couldn't open it so that led to a hot and unventilated room which wasn't the most pleasant. Also the bed had a mattress topper on it, which both me and my partner had aches and pains due to.. maybe just invest in new mattresses instead of trying to cover the issues. Only minor issues that for what we paid we can't complain really but just minor things would make a big difference!

The hotel is well located for the station and the curve theatre. It was worth the money paid. I would stay there again if I needed to stay in Leicester. There's a well stocked bar, and breakfast was hot and plentiful, with a wide choice of both hot and cold food.

Room was dated, with leather peeling off the chair, no desk as advertised, no iron or ironing board available in rooms. There is an ironing room, the board leave marks all over your clothes. Had to fill in forms asking strange questions on check in.
