No compliment water bottle. Instead the receptionist give you a glass of water from the tap with ice.

Convenient for the Railway Station with very clean rooms. Comfortable Bed. Breakfast included but I didn't like the coffee. Table Football by the Lift was a welcome addition.

We got an accessible room although not requested, which is fine. But the bathroom had an odour and the toilet seat was much too small and unfit for the toilet that it presented a hygiene issue.

It was a reasonable place to stay. Breakfast was limited and quality of food was a bit on lower side. Bathroom was really small.

Great budget hotel, decent enough menu and good prices for a small hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Been here before and will be coming again

Clean hotel with a good location. Friendly staff. Only a couple small complaints. Handle on window was broken so couldn't open it so that led to a hot and unventilated room which wasn't the most pleasant. Also the bed had a mattress topper on it, which both me and my partner had aches and pains due to.. maybe just invest in new mattresses instead of trying to cover the issues. Only minor issues that for what we paid we can't complain really but just minor things would make a big difference!

The hotel is well located for the station and the curve theatre. It was worth the money paid. I would stay there again if I needed to stay in Leicester. There's a well stocked bar, and breakfast was hot and plentiful, with a wide choice of both hot and cold food.

Room was dated, with leather peeling off the chair, no desk as advertised, no iron or ironing board available in rooms. There is an ironing room, the board leave marks all over your clothes. Had to fill in forms asking strange questions on check in.

Great stay once again. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and space to park the car. Clean room. The only gripe, a little pricey to stay on this occasion

ive stayed here too many times.. this is by far my most disappointing stay.. even when the lift wasnt working and the hotwater bouler was banging every 30 seconds.. this stay.. someone thought it was okay to smoke weed in the 4th floor.. the while place stunk and seemingly nothing was done. The loo needed flushing 4 times to clear tissue Water pressure
