I liked staying at this hotel. Excellent location. Easy access to Bournemouth Beach and Pier. Comfortable room. Nice Bar and Garden. A/C and pool were lifesavers on some of the UK’s hottest days this summer. The room carpets need to be better cleaned. The things that have not yet been remodelled are a bit run down. Looks like there has been a selective facelift on the property w/out yet upgrading more costly repairs. But still, it was a nice stay. 7.5 out 10, I would say, with notable bright spots being location, A/C, pool, friendly staff, bar and garden.

No heating in the room. Had to complain to get a noisy air heater which didnt arrive until after 11pm. Lift stopped working during the evening and i was on top floor. Room was noisy from neighbouring rooms.
