Room likes website, convenient location

Great location - we could see Printemps from our window. General hotel areas clean and smelled good. Lifts had buttons missing but there were signs up telling you how to get around this. Rooms were a little dated but perfectly formed. Would recommend for a budget conscious stay without going completely no frills.

Location is excellent. Hotel is clean and close to most of the attractions and shopping mall. Only problem is one of the front stuff was rude.

The room was very clean and comfortable and located in a great are for walking or transport links. Hotel staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Residhome Paris Opéra. Before our trip, we were a little worried because of some Google reviews, but our experience was completely different and exceeded our expectations. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job—they were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. They changed our towels several times during our stay and made sure everything was perfect. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, cafés, and many of Paris’s main attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! 😊

Everything went great except that our room key did not work one day and they took 20+ minutes and we had to ask the front desk lady 3 times to call to get someone to let us in the room.

Had issues before but convenient location but very small rooms . Not enough room for even 2 medium size bags . Very basic bfast for the price.

Don't stay here it's not very good for the location and the breakfast they cook the food in the microwave nothing is fresh the money they ask for. There is limited breakfast I was very disappointed 😢 The phone in the room doesn't work which is dangerous and a healthy and safety issue. Mold in bath rooms. DONT ORDER BREAKFAST ITS HORRIBLE. Rooms are very congested for a family and dangerous for kids not spacious. When we arrived I was told I had to buy water. There was no bottle of water to begin with or jug to get water from downstairs. Horrible service

Just for the convenience of location, this hotel is attractive.

Avoid rooms on Joubert, trucks unloading daily ~0500. Janitors make a lot of noise ~0600. Caumartin st is noisy until midnight

WALKABLE EVERYWHERE! FRIENDLY STAFF.

Excellent in all respect. Location was fantastic – steps away from a major subway station and also a grocery store. Neighbourhood had tons of restaurants. Room itself was spacious and had a very good bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were very helpful.

Great location and access to everything

Check in was smooth and it went downhill from there. We booked the two bedroom for five people. The room used to be a one bedroom loft and they’ve built a weird internal loft extension with partition walls. This means the smaller bedroom has an interior window that is about 1.5 feet from exterior window. Things that didn’t work: dishwasher, hairdryer, shower leaks, sink leaks, and there is heavy wall damage throughout. Services in the description that were not actually provided: regular cleaning (they come by every couple days and fold your blanket and give towels, they do NOT clean the floors or give new toilet paper), there is no laundry despite it being advertised and the nearest lavarie is a 15 min uphill walk. They know this is a persistent issue because they have the lavarie address taped on the front counter and invite you to take a picture of it when you ask where the advertised laundry is. Things that worked: AC in one bedroom, sort of, but not the other. The nespresso. The kettle. The stove. The fridge. This is not a four star, despite the placard on the front. Heard multiple other guests complaining about similar issues with their rooms. At one point, heard the front desk telling a guest they “need to be resourceful and figure out solutions rather than complaining.” This would have been a passable 2 star hotel.

We checked in at 11.30pm and were out the next morning. The smell in the bathroom was disgusting and the hotel was aware as the drain had been removed. Expedia were extremely helpful and communicated with the hotel for us. The hotel staff were also lovely. We were refunded for the rest of the stay as the hotel acknowledged the issue and could not accommodate us in an equivalent room.

-Small for 5 people -Pictures online do not match what we had -pretty sure we had money stolen while we were out -coffee maker didn't match the type of coffee in the room which needed an instant espresso machine -asked to have room made up and it was barely touched -upon checking in we had no soap and had to ask for some -air conditioning was good -breakfast was fine

Great hotel and location!

Grande chambre avec un lit très spacieux. Petite cuisine très pratique et salle de bain bien aménagée. C’est un petit appartement situé près de la gare St-Lazare qui dessert tout Paris. À un coin de rue des grands magasins Le Printemps et Lafayette, mais sans tout le brouhaha. Je recommande fortement !
