Nice and clean hotel in the heart of Paris. Friendly staff & service. Walking distance from many attractions. Supermarket around the corner, and metro four minutes away. Beautiful stay,

Breakfast not good

This was located in a great area close to shopping including printemps and galleries Lafayette. Also close to several key train lines for easy movement around the city.

Booked room with 2 beds was not provided upon check in . Had to wait 2 nights with several follow ups . After first night staff was kind enough to check for rooms with 2 beds , ask us to move on 6 th only to Find out the room has 1 bed also . Unfortunately we lost 2 shoes in the process of moving and unable to recover on their lost and found before we check out . We paid travel tax upon check in and was ask to pay again upon check out . We showed our receipt and the front desk staff insisted that we need to pay for our account is showing balance . I ask her to make a copy of receipt if she can’t find it on their system . Also explained to the staff that the amount paid on the receipt covered the 2 rooms we book, she then came back to us after a while without any explanation just said we are ok . Special thanks to staff of the breakfast room, they provided excellent service . Thank you for making our morning real good . Location of the hotel is very good . The staff on the first night Joe was very patient . Thank you

The manager and staff were very nice. They allowed us to do and early check in free of charge & upgraded our room. The rooms are spacious. Almost like apartments.

An appalling experience with a complete lack of customer respect; we will never return. The room was dirty, with dust and mold present in the bathroom. The ventilation ducts were also clogged with dust, and there was almost no air circulation. Although this aparthotel advertises air conditioning, there was none, and the room temperature exceeded 28°C. Traveling with a toddler, the conditions were unbearable, forcing us to check out two nights early (we vacated the room at 9:30 AM). To make matters worse, they refuse to refund the remaining two nights. We attempted to resolve the issue through every possible channel—speaking with the staff on-site and sending emails—but received no support. A front desk agent even told us they could do nothing for us. Avoid this place.

Chambre propre, bien entretenue et bien équipée. À proximité de plusieurs bouches et lignes de métro/train (RER). Plusieurs cafés et restaurants non loin. Les galeries Lafayette à proximité. Une épicerie (Monoprix) au coin de la rue est très utile pour le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel possède un local sécuritaire pour la consigne des bagages en attendant la possibilité d'occuper la chambre. J'y logerais à nouveau lorsque je retournerai à Paris.

I dont like the standing shower with not enough water shield. So when you showering, water spills out of bathtub and on the bathroom floor. Messy!!

It was muggy. Wish they provided a fan at time that a/c was not available. Great great location I would stay there again.

Ok location, not very clean smelly

This hotel offers minimal service. Room cleaning is done only by changing bedsheets and towels, and no floor vacuuming. And even if the key card doesn't work, you have to go back and forth to the front four times before moving to fix the door key. Eventually, I had to move to another room in the middle of the night, but the hotel staff only told me, "This is something that could happen once in a lifetime. Never twice." What a good comfort. The next time I visit Paris, I will avoid this hotel.

Large apartment, Great location, lots of shopping

Stayed at Residhome Paris Opéra and unfortunately had a poor experience with basic service and cleanliness. I requested hair conditioner multiple times over two days but never received it, despite vague and inconsistent explanations, (e.g., being told a “technician” was not available), which did not make sense for such a simple request. Housekeeping was inconsistent: soap and toilet paper were not refilled even after room cleaning, and only trash was removed. We also had to buy and use our own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and tissues during part of our stay. Only one type of soap was provided for hand, body, and hair use, which is below expectations for a 4-star property. The room also felt dusty and not well cleaned. At one point, I was asked to go down to reception to verify whether items had been refilled, which was unreasonable. The in-room phone also did not work, so every request required physically going downstairs. Service varied depending on staff, making the experience inconsistent and unreliable. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, consistency, and cleanliness significantly impacted the stay. I would not recommend this hotel. The only positive aspect was its convenient location.
