The place was easy to find. We were given an upgrade which was a blessing for my elderly mom who need more bed space. The place was clean and basic amenities were provide (hair-dryer, towels, toothbrush, blanket, there is liquid soap and shampoo too.) The place is small. Hallways and rooms as expected. It was comfortable enough in the room. They have manual water heater. The room was clean. The elevator has a queue at times since they only have one that serves about 7 floors. The ground floor has lots of money changer so it was convenient. They microwave and boiling water available at the common area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the place. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very inviting. What really stood out to me, though, was the attentiveness and approachability of the owner and the staff. They were always just a message away and were more than happy to assist with any questions or requests. I was particularly grateful for their willingness to provide guidance on getting around the area, which made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. One thing that truly surprised me was the exceptional level of service when I found myself in need of laundry services. Not only did the hotel offer this amenity, but they actually went above and beyond by offering to wash my clothes for free. This act of kindness truly warmed my heart and exemplified the genuine care and hospitality that the owner and staff have for their guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The personal touch and generosity of the owner and staff make it a standout choice for accommodation, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
