Dirty and stinky room, location is OK at tsim sha sui.

The receptionist was mad at me, and didn't listen to me until the end, because my English was bad.

The accom is okay and the receptionist was kind to assign us on the same floor. Only disappointed point is they do not provide umbrellas neither in the rooms are at lobby. It was heavy rain when we were there and we had to walk in the rain to buy umbrellas.

Our stay is 4 nights 4 days: ✔️ Budget-friendly ✖️ we were welcomed by cockroaches (small to medium size) ✖️ we keep sneezing the whole time (probably due to dust and unchanged ancient curtains) ✔️ Aircon properly working ✖️ shower heater not working the last day ✖️ they collect the trash only 2 days the 2 remaining days was a mess ✔️ Very Accessible to MTR; Ferry (in case there are protests and no MTR & train) ✔️ Very Accessible to convenience store and fast food ✔️ You can leave your baggage upon check-out and just return before going to airport ✔️ Indian staffs are approachable

Room is really small and so does the bathroom, bed is hard that you don't even feel like sleeping in a mattress, although location of the building is next to MTR station, the lift which you had to take to get to the lobby is a bit confusing to find when you first arrived there.

I had a miss conversation with staff because of they couldn't find my booking. After I got a room. I don't have space to lay my suitcase and also can't use a hot water in spite of I took a shower with a horrible cold. I felt insecure. Hence I have changed a hotel and paid too expensive near by. I shouldn't select a hostel on the long weekend period.

Hotel v inn is very comfortable. This hotel is in Chungkin mansion Tsim Sha Tsui on the 16th Floor of Block E. The receptionist was kind and friendly. We stayed for 4 days then we went to macau. After that we went back to stay again because very comfort. We missed the necklace but kept it well with the owner. Highly recommended when you go to Hong Kong. The area is crowded with many places to eat.

Upon arrival at UK Deluxe Hostel we we’re informed by the receptionist that the rooms we booked apparently has no bathrooms and we were ask to pay for the service charge amounting to 240 hkd for both rooms which is not mentioned in the ads. If we were to upgrade our rooms there will be additional 250 hkd for both rooms, in which we agreed to upgrade because we need bathrooms. Upon checking the rooms, we found out it was the same room as shown in your app that we booked. I am asking for a refund of the amount we upgrade for the rooms.
