The hotel staff is nice and friendly.
The only thing lacking is the dining area.
It's a shame that smoke from the kitchen might be leaking into the dining area.
It might be better to have an open space with a fan.
No need for air conditioning.

The hotel staff is very friendly and strives to provide the best possible service. The hourly shuttle service is a plus, even though there's only one person on duty, they still provide service.
The complimentary drinking water is also a commendable service. It's simple but quite impressive.
I was only slightly disappointed that Traveloka offered special check-in and check-out times. I initially thought the times would be flexible, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Check-out time remains at 12 noon :(

This hotel was very satisfying, especially because of its location very close to the airport. It's perfect for transit or a short break before your next flight. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the check-in and check-out process is quick, saving time. Sorry to say, it's a bit uncomfortable because for breakfast, I had breakfast at 07.30 WIB, I was directed to RM Padang next to the Amaris Airports hotel on the 2nd floor of RM Padang, but for the menu there were only leftover fried rice, white rice, fried noodles, vegetables and tempeh curry which was very salty and sour, there was no side dish of fried chicken or anything else, the room AC was leaking
