Best Hotels in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang

Very great place to stay, will surely come back later.

Air conditioner not working, only blow like fan.

The room was quite nice, but the downside was not having bathroom inside the room.

AC is not comfortable. Causing respiratory issue, what make it worse is it’s place right in front of your sleeping position, so you’ll need to turn it off to rescue your health. Not even a single trash bin inside the unit. Deposit amount is exceptionally very high, 300k rupiah (it’s 75% of 1-night stay). Also you’ll be deducted by 6.500 rupiah (bank fee transfer) if you don’t have their only-one bank account. You need to pay additional cost for parking, it’s 4k per hour. For me, it cost me 68k (from 7pm to 12pm). The only plus point is the fact that it’s located near Mall @ Alam Sutera (which I think doesn’t really important because at the end of the day, you’ll search for culinary near Serpong area). Lastly, for this price range, you can get 3-stars hotel nearby, with all the comfort & accommodation that you don’t get here.

After arriving at the apartment told to wait 1-2 hours to open the room, and the rooms are ugly only can the studio not match the one ordered in the picture, there is no handle CS in the place. There are only security who don't know anything.

The place is clean and recommended.
