The hotel is located right opposite the Palace; after breakfast, you can take a nice walk around the palace. It is a beautiful hotel, very neat and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. If I ever come back to Bogor, I will definitely book there. For me, it was a stopover on the way to Bandung and Yogyakarta.

I found that there were tags for non-allergenic foods for my child, so I no longer needed to ask the staff if the food contained allergens, the location was okay... The service was excellent, especially the foods provided. We can order barbeque or any meals, no need to worry if too lazy enough to prepare foods for family. The location was superb, walking distance to the waterfalls area, and one nice coffee shop called Bukit Panorama Coffee. It's my 2nd time and definitely will come back.

This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). Thank you very much from my heart to the Manager, staff and Security there for their service. For travelers, don't hesitate to bring your family to stay here. Once again, thank you ☺️

I stayed with my extended family and brought my parents, who have difficulty walking. Luckily, Alam Ngariung has a room type that allows parking directly in front of the room, making it easy for my parents to reach the room. Likewise, the restaurant is accessible by private vehicle or the resort's shuttle service. This makes it incredibly convenient for those traveling with parents who have difficulty walking. Furthermore, the shuttle drivers are very friendly and willing to take us around.
