The stay at The Residence was extremely pleasant! all the staffs were very helpful and friendly, and it was convenient getting around. Buggy service or complimentary bicycles were provided so transport within was a breeze. Food at Rica Rica and The Dining Room were great too. It was a really enjoyable getaway.

Near to Trikora beach that very nice place to spend your holiday. The seafood resto called "kelong" that served best food we ever tasted.

Great service, friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful scenery. The coastline looks like something out of a storybook. I would recommend getting their full body massage and snorkeling trip. Walking on the sand during low tide is also a great experience, nature in that part of the beach seems pristine. The drawback perhaps is just the food choices. I've been too used to plenty of food choices outside hotels that I can select from grab food or gofood, but the only food choice is in the hotel. Good thing that the hotel food was great. One thing that stands out were their seafood. I wish they would emphasize on their seafood more since it seems like their best menu choice.

This hotel's staff were actually friendly and helpful, but everything had to cost. Like everything.
