The staff were very friendly and helpful from entering the hotel gate, unloading your luggage, to getting to your room in perfect order. There was a welcome drink. Everything was flawless, the room and bathroom were clean, the water was flowing, all the appliances were working well, there was a free minibar snack, and the food was quite varied. Very close to PIM. The pool was clean and comfortable, and there was a gym next to it. It was really worth staying here. Bismillah, I will come back again next time.

We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.

Assalamu'alaikum. First entering the hotel entrance area, we were greeted very friendly by the hotel staff, as well as the reception staff who welcomed us warmly. Atmosphere/Facilities: The hotel is very clean and fragrant, the facilities are very complete, and what we really like is the swimming pool and gym. Food: The food is very tasty and delicious with a complete menu. Staff Assistance: The staff officers are very enthusiastic in helping us. Highlights: A very valuable experience to be able to stay at this hotel. Price: The price is very cheap and worth it. Location: The location is very strategic because it is very close to the Transjakarta bus stop.
