This hotel is very comfortable, and the service is friendly. I arrived in Jakarta quite early, arriving at the hotel around 10:00. Since it wasn't check-in time yet and we didn't have anywhere else to go, we took a break in the lobby. It was comfortable, cool, had a sofa, a charging station, and most importantly, the staff was friendly.

Booked for 3 nights, the room was as ordered. Clean, cleaned every day without request, delicious breakfast and very sufficient for the morning. The Mangoes Suite is a 3-star hotel but it feels like a 5-star hotel to me. I love the service, the rooms, and the food. The place is quiet, the lobby is clean and aesthetic, and the staff are kind and friendly. Basically, The Mangoes is one of my favorite hotels in Jakarta right now 🫶🏻 And you have to go to the rooftop. Swimming is a must while enjoying the rooftop atmosphere.
