Large hotel. Enough parking space. Receptionists were very helpful and accommodating. Short check-in/check-out time, simple process. Room card key needed to operate elevators. Room was comfortable, with refrigerator and hot water available. Sitting toilet with bidet. Air con worked well. There were swimming pool, fitness center, and spa although I didn't use them. Bar near the lobby opens evening to around midnight. Food was superb! Location was very good with a shopping mall right behind the hotel (need to walk outside for a bit to reach the place). Overall very satisfactory.

Dear Management of Hotel Arya Duta, This is my first stay at this hotel. Besides being spacious and large, it also offers easy access to everything because it's located in the city center. It's close to the culinary scene. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and fitness facilities are pampering. Check-in was also easy and possible early due to availability. The food is also varied and quite tasty. Furthermore, considering the price, Arya Duta is worth it. This hotel is definitely a recommended hotel if you visit Palembang again. Thank you.

The hotel staff was slow when checking in..after checking in, the towels were not provided in the room, it was not worthy of being a 4-star hotel. Then, what happened was that we hadn't checked out yet and had breakfast. When we went upstairs, one of the hotel staff entered our room and said that they thought we had checked out. It's not logical. It wasn't check-out time yet and we hadn't confirmed our check-in yet. We were still having breakfast. Suddenly, a hotel staff member came into our room..in short, I wasn't comfortable with the staff there..if the hotel is good, it should be neat and clean.

when i check in i found dust in my room, i dont know how they prepare the room, a lot of dust in my room and i check in around 9 pm, the room should be in good condition and then i call the front office to tell them about the room, and HK always ring the bell in the 7/8 am, i think every hotel have the rules about timing for cleaning the room exp guest request in the morning.
