The staff at the hotel are very friendly and always help when needed🫶🏻 Breakfast varies every day and is kids friendly because the kids club is quite spacious. The staff is great, ask for delivery service to the room at night, and also leave luggage, lift luggage, and also borrow an iron and bellboy quickly. This is truly the best hotel. What I like most is the excellent service. When I first checked in, the receptionist invited me to see which room was suitable. She was really friendly. The room was spacious, the bed was spacious. The AC was cold. I slept very well. The bathroom was the best. The food was also delicious. Every corner of the hotel is unique. The staff is very friendly, the check-in process is fast, the room is clean, but the lighting is not bright enough for me who likes bright light. And at night it's nice, there are many delicious food vendors near the hotel (there is a delicious and cheap steak too). Across the hotel there is moe gacoan for those who are confused about finding food. The swimming pool is also suitable for children, so for those who stay with children, it's perfect. We stayed at garden view hotel on my own booking arrangement. The room is decent although old. But the remote air con as well as TV is not working. Someone came and change the battery and both of them worked but somehow the volume can’t be adjusted down or up. The next day we stayed in other room on 2nd floor. Aircon is not cold. Someone came for about 4 times it finally cold. But we can’t turn off any of room lights. So we sleep in a super bright room.

i was very amazed with the beautiful lobby and the room was ok but then the bad smell hit me, there is a little greek running in front of the hotel and the smell was terrible, I booked and paid for 3 days in advance wich forced me to stay. We noticed that no one is ising the pool, when we went for a swim we knew why, the bad smell from the greek was unbeatable, I almost threw up. Then came the mosquitoes in the room that were buzzing and biting all night long and in the moring in the restaurant for breakfast, everything was beautifully displayed but it was another disappointing experience as the food was not good at all as well as mosquitoes everywhere too. Although the hotel has a lot of potential, it is not been managed well! They should do something about that bad smell coming from the greek as it is potential health risks!

This is my second time staying here with my children, but I was particularly disappointed with the service from the front desk staff. My wife, three children under 8, and I booked an extra bed, and no staff showed us to our room or helped us with our luggage. They were unfriendly, especially to local guests (bad attitude). Experience staying 2 nights here is: Advantages: - Clean rooms and bathrooms. - Hot water works. - Wifi is very smooth. - TV channels are clear and categorized according to needs, very helpful. - There are many choices of places to eat around the hotel, no need to worry. - There is a slide in the children's pool. - Free towels in the pool, so no need to bring from the room. - There is a kids club but there is nothing to play or do except the mini playground in the yard. - The food is quite varied, especially the desserts. Disadvantages: - Not fast enough in filling the empty food menu during breakfast, so I have to wait while eating something else. - Water drips from the AC in the restaurant, I had to move tables while eating because my food was exposed to water droplets from the AC. - The mini playground is not well maintained, there are 2 slides whose bottoms are broken and dangerous for children. - Kids Club should be filled with many activities such as drawing, coloring, playing puzzles, etc. During the 2 days I was there, the kids club was empty, there were no activities to do except playing on the slides and even then the slides were poorly maintained.

This is truly the best hotel. What I like most is the excellent service. When I first checked in, the receptionist invited me to see which room was suitable. She was really friendly. The room was spacious, the bed was spacious. The AC was cold. I slept very well. The bathroom was the best. The food was also delicious. Every corner of the hotel is unique. The staff is very friendly, the check-in process is fast, the room is clean, but the lighting is not bright enough for me who likes bright light. And at night it's nice, there are many delicious food vendors near the hotel (there is a delicious and cheap steak too). Across the hotel there is moe gacoan for those who are confused about finding food. The swimming pool is also suitable for children, so for those who stay with children, it's perfect. We stayed at garden view hotel on my own booking arrangement. The room is decent although old. But the remote air con as well as TV is not working. Someone came and change the battery and both of them worked but somehow the volume can’t be adjusted down or up. The next day we stayed in other room on 2nd floor. Aircon is not cold. Someone came for about 4 times it finally cold. But we can’t turn off any of room lights. So we sleep in a super bright room.

i was very amazed with the beautiful lobby and the room was ok but then the bad smell hit me, there is a little greek running in front of the hotel and the smell was terrible, I booked and paid for 3 days in advance wich forced me to stay. We noticed that no one is ising the pool, when we went for a swim we knew why, the bad smell from the greek was unbeatable, I almost threw up. Then came the mosquitoes in the room that were buzzing and biting all night long and in the moring in the restaurant for breakfast, everything was beautifully displayed but it was another disappointing experience as the food was not good at all as well as mosquitoes everywhere too. Although the hotel has a lot of potential, it is not been managed well! They should do something about that bad smell coming from the greek as it is potential health risks!

This is my second time staying here with my children, but I was particularly disappointed with the service from the front desk staff. This is truly the best hotel. What I like most is the excellent service. When I first checked in, the receptionist invited me to see which room was suitable. She was really friendly. The room was spacious, the bed was spacious. The AC was cold. I slept very well. The bathroom was the best. The food was also delicious. Every corner of the hotel is unique. I will come here again next time I go to Bali.
