When I checked in at 7:30 p.m., I still had to wait almost 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The receptionist didn't answer when asked how long I would have to wait, instead busy typing on the keyboard and making phone calls. I asked twice, and they said housekeeping hadn't copied the information yet, sir.

The staff is friendly, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff at A.N. Kaindra. The rooms are super clean, and the bathrooms are super clean and spacious. There's a rooftop, swimming pool, and cafe on the 11th floor. The food and drinks are delicious, and the view is also beautiful.
