The hotel's location is close to the mall, the Heritage Store, and Braga, so you don't need to drive. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. Breakfast is also satisfying, with plenty of variety, and I especially appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks in the restaurant.

The Best Western Premier La Grande, located on Jalan Merdeka Bandung in front of Bandung Indah Plaza, is very satisfying. It offers excellent service, friendly hospitality, delicious food, and complete facilities. The carpeted rooms offer views of Mount Tangkuban Perahu, perfect for relaxing and a staycation. Breakfast is very comprehensive and includes a coffee break. Highly recommended, and I'd love to stay here again.

First time staying here, the room is nice and clean, the toilet is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, there is also a snack time in the afternoon with many variations and the food is definitely delicious, it is close to the mall, if you want to go to the mall you just have to cross, the pool is warm water, very nice, the kids will definitely like it, will definitely come here again.

The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The location is very strategic.
The room was very comfortable.
It was clean, and I felt very safe with a baby.
It's just a shame the breakfast wasn't very varied. Perhaps it could be made more varied.
But overall, it was okay. I'll definitely come back.

I've stayed here several times when I had an event in Bandung. It's a good hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is quite good. The only suggestion is that there's no laundry bag provided for dirty clothes when checking out.
