I was a bit disappointed that I was placed at the top end, the AC wasn't cold enough, the TV remote was faulty, but after complaining, thank God I was moved and got a pretty nice room near the F.O. I hope the service will be improved again, don't make it different just because you ordered from the app.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The lobby is nice and comfortable, and quite aesthetically pleasing for photos. However, the room cleanliness could be improved. There was plastic trash under the bed, stains on the sheets, the toilet was slippery, and the windows were quite dirty and dusty.

The service is good, when I got a room with a coverbed there was a stain then reported it to the receptionist and was immediately replaced with another room instead of exchanging the caverbed. The hot water is not hot enough but it is enough, it's just that the building is old but quite clean.

for the first time experience in this hotel is very impressive, although the building is old, but clean and quite comfortable, and the staff is friendly & cooperative, for example when my room had a power outage, moved to another room, they were responsible, and the hot water was stable hot, and the facilities are complete, although standard, there is a water heater, the deposit is only 50 thousand, next time I stay there again, worth the cheap price but comfortable,
