I've stayed here several times. The service is excellent and friendly. For a 3-star hotel, I'd say this is the best, at least in Purwokerto. The building is also beautiful and clean. If I may suggest, it's better to get an Executive room, as it's truly value for money. Including the soundproofing, it's better than the Deluxe, and the price gap isn't that big. Oh yeah, all Executive rooms face the main road/sports hall, FYI.

The hotel is new, the staff are all friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the sheets are changed, the towels are changed every day, the drinking water is refilled every day, the bathroom is cleaned even if not requested. Breakfast is two portions per room, because I was alone, one portion can be taken away, very cool, so it saves money on food on the way home. Good job, Hotel Vienna. Next time I will stay here again..

Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto

This is my go-to hotel when I visit Purwokerto. Everything is excellent: the staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, the cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is varied, and I even tried the Happy Brunch Buffet with my family. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Purwokerto, with everything it has to offer.
