Safe because the door is always locked and opened by staff, the access door to the room is different and only staff can open the fingerprint so guests are very safe without worrying about strangers entering The staff is friendly and helpful in everything, the kitchen is clean complete with cutlery, refrigerator, oven, electric stove. Comfortable and will come back again to try and fight in Jakarta to achieve the award
