My first time staying at Borobudur, the room was nice. The AC was a bit hot on the first day, but room service immediately sent a technician, and after fixing it on the second day, it was cool. The cleanliness was good, and the access and facilities were also satisfactory. The swimming pool is very large, the kids can swim to their heart's content, and the food at the restaurant is also delicious. Overall, the hotel is cozy and kid-friendly. Thank you, Borobudur.

This is my review of the second day. Like yesterday, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and strategic location in the Sabang area made this hotel a perfect choice. I then continued my journey by train at Gambir Station. It was truly amazing, the hotel's proximity to Gambir Station was so close, taking less than 15 minutes. I would like to thank Winda Liedy, Hotel Manager, for her kind response to my comments. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future.

If there were 10 stars, I'd give it to Ashley. The service was absolutely amazing. The receptionist, Saskia, was very humble and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, fragrant, and close to everything. Especially at night, the vibe is so beautiful, seeing Jakarta!

Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service, from the security guards to the receptionists, Ms. Ninda and Mr. Zayyan, who helped me check in early because I was in training. There's a prayer room and bathroom that were always clean during the training, making it comfortable. Thank you also to the lady who welcomed us in the restaurant today for breakfast; she was very friendly. May Hotel Tavia continue to be successful.

I recently stayed at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel in Jakarta, and my experience was very satisfying. The location is very strategic—easily accessible, close to shopping centers and office areas. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted me very friendly and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The atmosphere was classic yet well-maintained, making for a more restful rest after a long day of activities. The hotel facilities are also complete—a swimming pool, a restaurant with a varied menu, and an elegant lobby area. The breakfast was one of my favorites. There was a wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional Indonesian to international. The service was prompt and warm. Overall, my stay at the Grand Sahid Jaya made me feel well-treated. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely return again in the future.

Stayed here for a weekend staycation, and it was such a pleasant experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious since it’s a studio type, and very well-equipped, there’s an iron, hair dryer, dining utensils, and even cooking tools. Surprisingly, the breakfast was also really good! Definitely would love to come back here for another staycation in Jakarta. Worth every penny!
