I recently stayed at Hotel Pavilljoen Bandung and was very satisfied with my experience. Despite arriving late at night, I was greeted with excellent and friendly service from the reception staff. The staff on duty were very helpful and made the check-in process quick and pleasant.
The room I stayed in was very comfortable with adequate facilities. What impressed me most was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was well-maintained—this is an important detail that is often overlooked at some other hotels.

the hotel smells good... the room is clean, the mattress is soft, not sagging, the room doesn't smell of cigarettes, so it's safe and secure. the culinary to Cihapit market is very close, just walk.... great to stay here.. recommended.

For me, the room is actually okay. However, please renovate the bathroom partition. I mean, there shouldn't be a privacy barrier between the bed and the bathroom. And the shower and closet shouldn't be separated like that.
The guest toilet in the lobby, please make sure it's clean and bright because I saw a lot of used tissue and it's a little dark inside.
Also, for the parking service in the lobby, make sure the staff is kind and patient. My husband missed his explanation for parking our car, and the second time I asked him again about how to park here, he said, "Okay, if you don't believe me." I think a parking attendant shouldn't say that, just say, "Yes, sir, if I may, I'll help you park so you and your mother can rest soon. I'll give you a parking card."

I was given a room with no view (dark and facing other building) which i then asked to be changed into a room with a view. Hotel staff gave me options to move to a smoking room with a view which i regret to take as the smell of cigarette was very strong (even after double ozone treatment). My stay was uncomfortable as the room smells strongly of cigarettes and the toilet keeps on making leaking sounds the whole night. I was a regular customer for this hotel but this time around, i was disappointed and was left with feeling tired after uncomfortable sleep last night

only lacking in the bathroom area, the shower glass is dirty on the frame, the toilet in the water tank is dirty so the toilet water leaks, the water is always on, there is not enough soap for 2 people - 2 for a shower

The room is unique, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Perhaps a suggestion would be for the shower to have a faucet, too, for washing feet during ablution.

I was given a room with no view (dark and facing other building) which i then asked to be changed into a room with a view. Hotel staff gave me options to move to a smoking room with a view which i regret to take as the smell of cigarette was very strong (even after double ozone treatment). My stay was uncomfortable as the room smells strongly of cigarettes and the toilet keeps on making leaking sounds the whole night. I was a regular customer for this hotel but this time around, i was disappointed and was left with feeling tired after uncomfortable sleep last night

I recently stayed at Hotel Pavilljoen Bandung and was very satisfied with my experience. Despite arriving late at night, I was greeted with excellent and friendly service from the reception staff. The staff on duty were very helpful and made the check-in process quick and pleasant.
The room I stayed in was very comfortable with adequate facilities. What impressed me most was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was well-maintained—this is an important detail that is often overlooked at some other hotels.
I highly recommend this hotel for those planning to travel with family. The comfortable atmosphere and friendly service make this hotel a perfect choice for a family vacation in Bandung.

only lacking in the bathroom area, the shower glass is dirty on the frame, the toilet in the water tank is dirty so the toilet water leaks, the water is always on, there is not enough soap for 2 people - 2 for a shower

The room is unique, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Perhaps a suggestion would be for the shower to have a faucet, too, for washing feet during ablution.

Very strategic hotel, room service and staff are all friendly, the food is the best, everything is delicious and there is a lot of variety, the only thing lacking is the swimming pool water is very cold so you can't swim for long
