The place is in Legian, although it's a bit hidden, I went there after the room renovation was finished, so it wasn't quite finished yet, pillows and blankets weren't there yet so I had to ask for them first... Well, overall I'd give it a 70, you get what you pay for.

The only facilities lacking are bathrooms. Apart from that everything is good and comfortable. cold AC. There is a mini fridge and there is a TV even though the channels are few.

Kamar yang besar dan nyaman sesuai dengan harga yang tergolong murah saya rekomen sekali buat yang lagi pengen cari hotel dengan budget murah tapi pengen kamar yang bersih dan besar, cuma kalian harus bawa air minum sendiri karena gak ada di sediakan tapi suasananya nyaman.

Very kind and beautiful people run this place. They made us feel at home. We only hope all foreigners who stay over do not take advantage of this hospitality and treat the local staff inappropriately. I will always pick this place if I stay in Kuta.

I stayed at 2nd floor, although the view quite block by other high building near it, but the view to its garden and pool absolutely a little heaven of worth in the heart of Kuta. A peaceful place to take a good rest after full day journey, calm, clean, and cheap. overall 9/10, and it's only lack is for its night front office/desk which not really fluent or maybe communicative in English. But not a big deal if you have more than enough patience for a worth waiting. Didn't try the breakfast though cause there's plenty food areas around Legian street. Wonderful.

Good place either services but it needs more improvements for managing the facility, such as put the phone at bedroom, more toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste & brush), either receptionist but also the resto are available until 5PM, add more menu for breakfast

The room were spacious. However, they didn’t seem to be ready for my check in. I got a twin bed instead of a double bed. No toiletries nor towel. And no information about the breakfast despite paying for it.

If you want to stay here, request a new room, its position near the pool. Yesterday for 1 night I got a room that was near the reception, typically a very old room and a bit unclean. But the rooms in the new building are good and clean and comfortable. The location is right in front of Legian. Strategic indeed, only if it's 10 pm onwards is really stuck haha.

Minus: breakfast eggs + tea alone. The swimming pool is very deep in all parts. Hot water is not stable. There are no hotel slippers plus: there is a balcony for clothes, a strategic location, good architecture.
