Close to Lembang Park & Zoo. So children can immediately rest after playing and playing around at the Zoo. Unfortunately when we went there there were renovations going on. Hopefully the renovation will be completed quickly and the place will be better. Overall it's okay. According to the price. The shower faucet broke in the morning, but fortunately it was repaired straight away. There is no AC in the room. But at night it's cold like air conditioning. The children are fast asleep. Only the mattress is a bit too soft. There is a bookshelf in the lobby where books can be borrowed.

2nd time. Stayed 1 night in a family room, because we exchanged. Rooms, upgrades & additional fees. Experience. Previously the mattress collapsed, in fact in a different room as well, the mattress collapsed (old mattress). It was so uncomfortable to sleep that my back hurt. The pillow smells musty, the complaint is immediately replaced. Management does not pay attention to the condition of the room. The staff is friendly & very helpful. Oh come back.

Di sini 3 Hari 2 Malam, untuk harga segitu worth it banget, staff nya ramah, boleh titip barang sebelum jam check in, barangnya dibawain kekamar, kamar nya bersih, dingin meskipun tanpa ac, ada water heaternya pokoknya gak nyesel minep di d’journey. Sarannya petunjuk kiblat belum ada. Semoga ke depannya lebih banyak lagi kemajuann✨

Nyaman banget sih di sini strategis kalo ke parkzoo. Tapi kurang-kurangnya kalo nyalain watterhiter di kamar mandi harus nunggu dulu sejam pake sejam nunggu gitu aja. Makanan enak cuma pelayanan kurang cepet. Maklum kayanya pagi pagi restonya baru buka banget

Clean, friendly staff, easy to find and near to the food stall and mini market. No need AC during stay in this hotel, its cold enough (approx 17-18 deg at night).
