The hotel is clean. Because I ordered family suites for 4 people. Very spacious room. The service is also good. And most importantly. I found that the room was quite ok, the problem I had was my room is infested with small roaches. the second thing is that the hotel wifi is not very good and the phone signal inside the room is practically non existent. lastly, the hot water is too cold.

in the city center close to everywhere..but unfortunately the toilet area is very dimly lit. so if you want to clean it, I think the cleaning service will not be optimal because the toilet is very dim. maybe the lights should not be blue. breakfast is less varied. Most of them are spicy and not child-friendly. the playground is lit in the morning. at night it is turned on. so if children after breakfast want to play in the playground it seems like they are not allowed to play because the lights are deliberately turned off.

Next time I go to Bali, I want to stay here again, the hotel is clean, close to everywhere, the staff is friendly, the food is varied, I don't get bored, only the Wi-Fi is a bit slow, but it's still possible. Good👌

Thank you for excellent services. But I don't know why the 1st floor room was not operated, and the front desk says it's fully booked. In fact, at night all the lights in the 1st floor corridor were off.

Spacious room, suitable for bringing family. The bathroom lights are dim, a bit inappropriate in my opinion. The AC in the room is not cold and was also broken, fortunately the staff was quick. In the living room, it is a bit dirty and unkempt and there are cockroaches. Small parking lot only fits a few cars. The hotel atmosphere and hallways are dark. But for the location of the hotel is strategic, close to everywhere.

Comfortable for family or solo stays, whether on vacation or business trip. A few tips for guests with cars must be able to arrange parking positions with good skills. The friendliness of the staff is good and keeps everything clean. The hotel atmosphere is also pleasant and provides peace even though there are still several times the sound of the corridor penetrates into the bedroom. Need to prepare your own wifi in anticipation when the hotel wifi is not optimal. Overall great. Thank you
