Second time staying here. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The room atmosphere is good, only the bathroom needs deep cleaning, there are already many stains here and there. The room is also dusty because I am allergic to dust so the dust can really be felt. Breakfast is quite good, food is ok, refilled quickly.

Don't have too high expectations with the "trans" of this hotel. Because the cleanliness of this hotel is 4/10. The bathroom is dull, the toilet is dull & dirty, the sink too. The floor of the room is also very dusty. Then the bottom of the bed cover is super dirty. The towels are not soft, clean white. The linen sheets are the same.

Top service. Clean rooms and hotel area. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Close to everywhere. Nyepi activities are also varied, many choices. The swimming pool is not big enough. Breakfast could be more varied and the taste could be improved.

Di kamar ada kecoanya Tisu di toilet tidak di isi di hari kedua dan kamar mandi tergolong tidak bersih selain itu kamarnya kecil banget sempat buka 2 kamar yg 1 lebih besar tidak mengerti kenapa untuk 1 jenis kamar yg sama bisa memiliki 2 luasan kamar yg berbeda Hari ke tiga Di atas kamar berisik sekali seperti ada orang lari2 di lantai atas setelah di infokan di front office infonya sedang ada acara Staf parkir terbatas sehingga untuk valey cukup lama....tidak menemukan bellboy yang membantu angkat koper dari mobil Lokasi strategis Semoga management bisa cepat berbenah

Dust in the corners of the room is clearly visible. For a 4-star hotel, it should be cleaner. And for 4 days and 3 nights staying at this hotel, the breakfast menu is the same. It doesn't vary and the taste is a bit bad.

If the location is easy because it is on a main road, but by chance I got a room in the middle, there was a window but it turned out to face another room, so it was stuffy, the bathroom was not very clean, if it was for one night it was okay, but if you want to stay longer, there are still many other options.
