There are several points we would like to address to our guests as follows: a. The project of room improvement will start as of February 11, 2020 for 6 months onward b. All 102 Superior rooms and Sunken Pool will be closed down during that period c. For guests who have been booked in Superior rooms for the periods mentioned above will be entitled for a free upgrade to Deluxe category We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by the project. Grand Inna Kuta is our favorite hotel in Kuta area. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. The location is very strategic with direct access to the beach compared to other nearby hotels. The food is also great. We will certainly stay in this hotel whenever we are in Bali.

The one and only hotel that has access to Pantai Kuta and located at Kuta main street. It has 3 swimming pools and one of them is located near the beach. So you can swim and hear the sound of waves. Room is spacious, clean, and the breakfast menu was also delicious. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Don't worry about food, pharmacy, mini market, ATM, or anything, you can easily found them nearby the hotel. Really recommended and I will be back for sure! Thank you Grand Inna for the pleasant memories!:)

Always enjoying my stay in Grand Inna Kuta. Great value of money that's for sure. Nice room with friendly and helpful staff. Good option for families too since our kids all love the 3 swimming pools. The hotel is also located very strategically - right in front of Kuta beach and nearby lots of places. Good variety and taste of breakfast.

Very strategic location, nice room, helpful staffs and there is three swimming pool, the hotel also has direct access to Kuta beach. Easy to find cafe or restaurant and near to beachwalk mall

This was a well-known hotel since in the 80s. However, some parts of the hotel were just being renovated. The property is big, they have 3 swimming pools. The location is just the opposite of Hard Rock Cafe, by Pantai Kuta. Beach Walk mall and Discovery are just walking distance. The room is modern and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast is just so-so. There were many staffs to serve and help during the service. The coffee and tea were too dark/bitter when I came around 8-9 oclock. The menu selection is outdated and limited. But I like the fact that we can have breakfast by the beach
